This set the stage for a real show, as Haus worked his way through traffic, taking the lead by lap 15, and bringing home the win for the Beech Creek Racing team. It was the team's fourth win in a row, and fifth in six races at the Juniata County Fairgrounds.

Starting from the seventh position in his heat, Haus quickly worked through traffic and into second place, chasing down the leader. After erasing a straightaway lead in four laps, Scott ended up second, needing another corner to take the win. A four car inversion put Scott on the pole for the 20 lap feature event. Second place starter, Tim Wilson, beat Haus into the first turn on the start and set the pace with Haus giving chase followed by Dan Stone. Haus worked his way around Wilson to take the lead on lap five, pulling to a five car length advantage while Stone battled Wilson for second. The three exchanged the lead over the next five laps, sometimes racing three wide, as they worked their way through lapped traffic. While Stone and Wilson battled for second, they made contact and pushed Stone's right rear quarter panel into the right rear tire. As the race continued, Haus got too high between turns one and two, making contact with the wall and nearly stalling the car. Stone took advantage, leaving Haus in second. The two continued battling through traffic, splitting lapped cars and racing three wide. The caution flew again on lap 15 for a car stopped in turn two. During the caution, Stone's right rear tire went flat from the earlier contact, leaving Wilson in second. On the restart, Wilson broke the right front suspension, ending his night. Haus pulled away from the field on the resulting restart, to claim his first victory of the season. He was followed by Nick Dickson in second place.

The car ran well in the heat, starting fifth and finishing second. Drawing the ninth starting place for the feature, Scott started working the high side battling with Jason Covert as both drivers moved toward the front. Eventually working his was to sixth, Scott brought the car in with a hard earned top ten finish in its debut. The top five were: Andy Anderson, Gary Stuhler, J.T. Spence, Jason Covert, and D.J. Meyers.

9-2-07 Sunday was the second night in a row at Selinsgrove and one of the biggest races of the season for the Beech Creek Racing team. Haus has several top 5 finishes at the Paul Long Memorial, but has never been able to put it all together and bring home the $10,000. Things were looking good as Haus set 6th fast time and ran away with his heat, putting him in the sixth starting spot for the 63 lap main event. By lap 50, Haus had worked his way into the third spot chasing Nick Dickson and Alan Sagi. After battling with Sagi for a few laps, a mistake in turn one cost Haus and he dropped back to fourth. On a lap 60 restart, Scott got a little high in turn two and dropped two more spots where he ended up with a sixth place finish.

Tony Adams took the lead and was pulling away, when he spun between turns one and two, handing the lead to Jeff Rine. On the restart, Scott worked his way into second as Rine pulled away from the field. Rine was extending his lead on lap 14 when his motor left go, giving Haus the lead. The race stayed non stop and Haus maintained his large lead over second place running Coleby Frye to bring home the second win of the weekend!
8-25-07 Saturday's schedule brought a return to Port Royal Speedway, where Scott had already locked up the 2007 point championship. During the heat, Haus made contact with Jere Wierman, sending him hard into the outside wall. Deciding the car was too damaged to repair, the Beech Creek Racing team pulled out the backup car. Starting sixth in his consi, Haus worked his way to the front, eventually winning the event and giving him the 19th starting position for the feature. With the car working well, Scott was charging towards the front when he again got collected in an accident. After stopping to make repairs, Haus was forced to return to the rear and 19th position. The car was still working well, and Scott brought the car home with a solid fourth place finish.
8-24-07 It was back to the Bedford Fairgrounds for another weekly show for Scott and the Beech Creek Racing team, Things started off shaky, as Raymond drew 45 out of 50, putting Haus on the last row of his heat for the seventh time in nine races. Rolling off seventh, Scott had worked his way up to fourth when leader Jeff Rine blew a right rear tire, giving up the nearly half lap lead he held. On the restart, Haus worked his way into second, where he remained when the checkers fell. After crossing the scales, Scott drew the second place starting spot for the feature. Scott worked his was past leader Andy Martz on the first lap and began distancing himself from the field. A lapped car spun on lap eight, narrowly missing the 33’s rear quarter panel, and bringing on the out the caution. On the restart, Haus again pulled out to a five car length lead, which he held until the next caution brought out by Chris Harr, who lost a driveshaft. Scott retained the lead on the restart, slowly creeping away from second place D.J. Troutman, who was being pressured by a hard charging Scott Rhodes. With two to go, fourth place running Wayne Johnson tangled with a lapped car bringing out the final caution. Haus again pulled away on the restart, and claimed his first win of the season at the speedway. After taking a victory lap, it felt like the old days as Haus climbed from the car amid a chorus of booing fans!
8-18-07 Saturday's race meant another trip to the Juniata County Fairgrounds for a chance to lock up the 2007 points championship. After finishing third in his heat, points handicapping put him in the tenth starting position for the feature. Haus soon worked his way into second position and was tailing leader Mitch Hack. Hoping for a repeat of the previous week, Scott pressured Hack lap after lap. This time Hack drove a great race, and didn’t make a mistake, taking the win. Coming home in second place allowed Scott to lock up the points championship for the fourth time in his career! Next weekend will be a busy one for Haus, with Bedford, Port Royal, and Selinsgrove all running!
8-17-07 Scott and the Beech Creek racing team again made the trip to Bedford for the double feature show. After starting second in the heat, the car was working well and he brought it home with a second place finish, drawing the third starting position for the first feature. After a wreck on the first lap, the feature went non stop and Haus finished third, for the team’s best finish at the fairgrounds this season. With the inversion of ten, Scott had to start eighth in the second feature. The team made their adjustments and appeared to have the car working great as Scott passed 3 cars on the first lap. Coming down the front stretch at the end of the lap, three cars ran each other over in front of the field. Haus cleared most of the cars and debris only to be run over by other drivers, ending his night.
8-11-07 After another tough night at Bedford, Scott was happy to return to the open arms of Port Royal Speedway, which has treated him so well over his career. The comfortable Haus started 9th in his heat and was on the leader's tail as he crossed under the checkered flag, finishing second. Starting 10th in his feature, Scott took advantage of the great track conditions and multi-groove racing to work his way to the front. Just past the half-way point, Haus snuck by leader Mitch Hack, and never looked back on his way to his sixth win of the season at the track. The next races will be this weekend at Bedford and Port Royal.
8-10-07 Scott rejoined the Beech Creek Racing team Friday for a return to the Bedford Fairgrounds. After starting every heat this season on the back row, good luck finally struck and Scott found himself on the pole of his heat. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the 33 won the heat and picked the fifth starting position for the feature. On the first lap of the feature, Scott's good luck immediately ran out as he made contact with another car, damaging the nose. With the badly damaged front end, Scott had his hands full and limped the car home in 10th place.
8-4-07 Scott and the Ed Powell Motorsports team rolled into Selinsgrove Speedway for the first of a back-to-back show at the fast half-mile. Not only was the newly configured oval new to the team, they were also debuting a new hybrid chassis along with a new motor. After carburetor problems in warmups, he started in the back of his heat because of the points system. After a few laps it was easy to see there was a problem with the car. Hoping to find a mechanical failure as the explanation, they began inspecting the car. It was soon determined to be a broken shock mount on the right front that caused the ill handling car. The repairs began again and the Ed Powell owned racecar was soon ready for feature time. Because of the poor heat performance, Scott was slated for a 16th place starting spot. From the drop of the green flag, it was obvious the crew had the car working well. Haus was picking his way through traffic, showing the fearless driving style fans have come to expect out of the Hamburg, PA driver after watching him for the past 25 years. By lap 18, he had passed teammate Chris Shuey for third and began running down Brett Schadel. Going into turn three on lap 19, the left front control arm broke, ending the promising maiden voyage for the car. Credited with 13th, the team was optimistic heading into the show on Sunday, which was cancelled due to weather. The next race is scheduled to be at Bedford speedway on Friday.
